I have been using this product for about 9 days and I didn't notice anything different in my appetite. I am going to continue to take this as I don't think 9 days is enough to notice a difference and if something different happens, I will update my review. I like that this is very easy to use. You can inhale it or rub it on your neck and chest. I have not noticed any side effects from using this. I wasn't sure how many drops to use so I used about 5 drops on my chest. It wasn't my favorite smell, but that's because I do not like the smell of black licorice and that's what it reminds me of. This oil is packaged very nicely so it would make a good gift.
